okay,i have something to get off my chest.
charles and eric has a true bromance story.(okay,,after chuck and nate obviously)
anyway,the film was epic.a tad boring,and i still don't know the purpose of casting january jones..it's not about the girl,it's the character..or should i say,characterS..
charles francis xavier-professor x;british,live in new york,and the school they used for training mutants is actually his house.met mystique when they were kids when mystique was trying to steal foods from his house.his tesis about mutant's genes or whatever made the government work with him.had his first and last kiss on the xmen series with a girl name moira .addicted with believeing there's a good in everybody and if there aren't,you just have to shove that belief down your throat.kinda of a good idk,motivator???say,if you didn't believe in yourself,then talk to the dude,he's kinda the dumbledore for mutan world.can read and control mind,telepathy
eric something-with-a-german-name(stolz?)-magneto;came from poland,his mother was killed by sebastian shaw.first believe he can use his powers only when he is angry,but charles proved it wrong.see,charles taught him that he can still control his mind by in still peace and serenity to his mind,kissed mystique,i gotta admit,the kiss was hot.oh yeah,believes in not ashamed by your powers and being different.he is the one that convinced mystique to be in her true form as in BLUE and not in a girl's body.took sebastian's 'advice' and his idea of taking idea of the world starts there.oh,and the dude that played eric is HOT!!
sebastian shaw-dude with cool powers;played by kevin bacon.i know,you'd never guessed it right,januay jones is kinda his bitch .has 2 other slave and later joined by other one.
okay.i'm gonna stop right now because i clearly has better things to do instead of writing shit which i know no one will read.so my rating and comment??
12/10.if u count is as the beginning.i think u shud watch it first and wolverine and then watch the x men in order.because then,u can complete the puzzle or some shit and finally understand the story.i gave it 12 because i myself is a true marvel fanatics.like,if they have comic-con in malaysia,i'd go.i think it was spectacular.but if you don't have any other movie to watch and you're stuck with either wathing xmen first class or going home,i suggest you go home.it's kinda blahh kinda story,no climax at all.it was flat.
but again,im a true marvel fan and i'd watch it again.
